Etscheid, Duttlinger & Associates, Inc. is a corporation founded on September 22, 1987 and is a consulting firm practicing in the areas of civil engineering and land surveying under the laws of the State of Illinois and the State of North Carolina. Our firm maintains its corporate office in Ottawa, Illinois and a regional office in Raleigh, North Carolina, which transacts business as a foreign corporation under the assumed name of EDR Engineering.
The EDA staff has extensive experience in providing municipal, residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental civil engineering and land surveying services. EDA provides engineering services in the areas of commercial site design and subdivision design and development. We also provide water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure design, design of roadway reconstruction and resurfacing projects, storm water management and master planning, engineering design studies, flood studies, floodplain relocation, and stream stabilization. Additionally, our firm provides land surveying services in the areas of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision platting, construction layout, wetland locating, FEMA elevation certificates including LOMA and LOMR applications, floodplain surveying and FIRM flood elevations.
